Product Description

Optional Fusion grip tops for the ModSticks Pro set.

A Fusion of the Dish and Dome grips taking the best of both styles.

The center of the  grip has a  small dished  center and a dome edge textured with a spiral knurled groove.

These are my favorite Modstick grips to date.

The dome edge rolls perfectly under your thumb and the dish center  lets the  pad of your thumb set very planted in the grip.

Includes 2 Fusion Grips only.

  1. Extra Movement! 5 Star Review

Attached these to the PS4 sticks I ordered not long ago to try and roll the sticks easier (the dish i find myself picking up my thumb and grabbing the edge of the grip to move at the extreme edges of stick travel) and these have definitely helped. I just roll my thumb on the tapered surface and push to the extreme edge, no need to pick up my thumb and adjust the position anymore making turning around much easier and faster overall. I would recommend these if you experience some control lag issues on your part due to thumb position. On a side note, I play Battlefield 4 now between 4 hours a night on weeknights and sometimes 6-14 hours nonstop on the weekends, slippage on any grip I've used from this company is non existant. Absolutely the best quality and ease of use/installation.

  2. There can be only one 5 Star Review

Whenever I consider controller mods, I am fully aware of the various other inventions/creations out there but ever since I invested in Modsticks a couple of years ago I have literally no reasons to choose absolutely anything else. The high quality aluminum build, the precision in which the parts are assembled together are top of the line period.

I also find the unintrusive nature of the parts to be second to none. I mean if you install Modsticks onto a controller, you still have generally all of your controller to use freely without interruption.

The Fusion grips are literally the best grips personally due to the "2-style" nature of the grips themselves (dome+disk) and I can personally vouch for "no slippage" during ANY of my hectic Bad Company 2 & Battlefield 3 sessions which typically last anywhere from 2-3+ hours. The most interesting aspect is, I remember while playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2, I expected the typical sweat that generates on my thumbs would cause a bit of slippage on a painted aluminum analog and I was utterly surprised when it did not. I am not sure how it works lol, but its amazing that the friction stays with the Fusion grips even when your hands are suffering from "gamer sweat intensity" lol. I don't think I'll try anything else so long as Fusion grips exist lol.

I will say however that the black paint on the black modsticks do come off over time but that is literally the only cosmetic change and quite expected really when you game an awful lot with them. Perhaps this could be improved upon by either Modsticks or the user themselves adding some sort of non-irritant clear coating or whatnot.

Ultimately I never care to see what else is out there, not after I've tried (a few anyway) and seen the competition. Modsticks is and will pretty much be my only choice for controller mods. Keep up the great work.

  3. Not to Shabby! 5 Star Review

I really like these but i only use one. I have the fusion on my Right stick and i use a low rider on the left stick. So the Low Rider is for running and i have the right stick slightly raised with the fusion grip for accuracy. Its the perfect balance just the right amount of grip and the little indent in the middle gives it a little edge.

  4. Definitely the best 5 Star Review

These are great, rolling my thumb across them is comfortable and effortless, there's next to no slip, and it isn't uncomfortable to click the sticks down like I experienced with the dish style grips. It is worth noting however that they are noticeably lighter than the other titanium parts and there were some little rough bits that I had to chip off with a triangle file.
